How to select the correct size?

- Measure the OD of your application (OD = Outside diameter)

- Select the Double Ear Hose Clip that suits your OD accordingly

Note: Please be careful that when you insert the connector into the hose the hose OD doesn't increase.

 

How to apply the Double Ear or Single Ear Clip?

- Safely position the hose / hose clip

- You can either use a Front Ear Pincer or a Side Ear Pincer

- Front ear pincer = If you have plenty of room and are able to be face on

- Side ear pincer = Is useful if room is restricted, you can use the side of the pincer

- Once ready firmly squeeze the pincer tightly....... Done!

 

How to select the correct size Double or Single Ear Clip?

- Accurately measure the OUTSIDE diameter of your hose / application (see picture below)

- Select the Ear Clip which size range matches the OD of your hose

- Watch out for the hose OD increasing when you push in your application

- Example: If your hose is 5mm OD, select the 5-7mm
